The Associated Press released a report today showcasing, in specific detail, Pennsylvania GOP Senate candidate Mehmet Oz’s shady history of business practices, selling out people for his own personal gain once again.

For two decades, Oz has been putting the interests of his wallet over the interests of real people — including hawking products from a supplement manufacturer that was investigated by federal authorities, in a paid-for convention appearance in 2018.

Associated Press: “The celebrity surgeon’s appearance [at the convention] seemed like an extension of ‘The Dr. Oz Show’ on daytime TV. But his attendance was in service of the convention’s host, Usana Health Sciences, a Utah-based supplement manufacturer that has been investigated by federal authorities, sued by its own shareholders and accused of operating like a pyramid scheme.

“The company was also a top advertiser on Oz’s show, paying at least $50 million to be a ‘trusted partner and sponsor…’”

That isn’t the last of it — Oz is ACTIVELY hiding how much he has been making as a snake oil salesman for the company.

Associated Press: “How much Oz personally made from his agreements with Usana or other advertisers is unclear… Neither Oz nor Usana has publicly disclosed the terms of compensation.”

Oz has even been named in lawsuits against him calling him out for misleading millions of viewers through the claims he made about health products he was paid to shill for.

Associated Press: “How much Oz personally made from his agreements with Usana or other advertisers is unclear… Neither Oz nor Usana has publicly disclosed the terms of compensation.”

One thing is clear: Dr. Oz will always sell out the people he’s supposed to serve if it means making a quick buck.
