Today, the Democratic National Committee is announcing a new ad campaign to reach AAPI voters in Georgia.

“Democrats are meeting AAPI voters where they are by making historic investments to ensure AAPIs in Georgia and across the country have the information they need to make their plan to vote,” said DNC Chair Tom Perez. “The stakes have never been higher — especially for AAPI communities — and we are committed to making sure voters have the tools to make their voices heard at the ballot box, and elect leaders like Joe Biden and Kamala Harris who will fight to build a brighter future for AAPI families.”

Part of the DNC’s six-figure investment in get-out-the-vote ads in constituency media, English-language print and digital ads will run starting this week in Desh Videsh and Saathee, and Vietnamese-language radio ads will air on VSAM in Atlanta. The ads direct individuals to IWillVote.com, the DNC’s comprehensive voter participation website where voters can register to vote, check their voter registration, and make a plan to vote, whether in person or by mail.

The new ad campaign follows the recent rollout of new features on IWillVote.com that helps voters easily request and return their ballot by mail, as well as learn important information about the voting process in their state as they make their plan to vote.

See the print/digital advertisement below, and read the English-language version of the radio ad here:

We are in the midst of a global pandemic, an economic collapse, and a reckoning on civil rights. We need leaders with a plan to protect and expand our access to affordable health care, invest in our community, and fight for equal justice. Asian Americans have the power to elect those leaders who will represent all Americans.

To make that happen we all have to make a plan to vote.

Visit IWillVote.com today to check your registration status and make your plan to vote. Make sure your voice is heard. It has never been more important. That’s IWillVote.com.
