DNC Rapid Response Director Ammar Moussa released the following statement ahead of the RNC’s winter meeting this week in Salt Lake City:

“This week promises to be a wide open window into exactly how much Donald Trump has completely solidified his stranglehold on the Republican Party – and how it has nothing else to offer to the American people. Ronna McDaniel is going to have to explain why they’ve spent their donors’ money on Donald Trump’s personal legal fees while he sits on $122 million of his own campaign funds. On top of that she’s going to find out whether the RNC is going to help settle personal scores for the defeated former president. And without any agenda or vision, they’ll have little else to talk about. It will be quite the spectacle that we’ll make sure every voter knows about.”
