LANSING — Mike Rogers is prioritizing politics over border security as he stands against the “most conservative border bill in decades” – despite the bill being backed by border patrol agents and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce

“The bipartisan border security bill is an opportunity to come together to strengthen our border and stop the flow of fentanyl into our country – but Mike Rogers decided to put scoring political points ahead of standing up for Michiganders. While border patrol agents and Republicans support the deal, Rogers is playing partisan games at the expense of America’s safety and security,” said Michigan Democratic Party spokesperson Sam Chan.
